TP Systems developed AdoptionLynx version 1.0 (Adoption Management System) for British Columbia’s Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD). MCFD is one of the largest service providers of Adoption, Foster Care, Early Childhood Development and Child Care in British Columbia.

MCFD contracted TP Systems to streamline and redefine the adoptions workflow and move towards a regional service delivery model. AdoptionLynx version 2.0 is expected to launch in September 2006.
