Training & Support

Training and support is customized to fit your needs. During your initial implementation, we will work with you to determine the best method for training. Ongoing training and support is offered via phone, email, and internet.

Our service desk analysts are also available to provide user support as outlined in a mutually acceptable service level agreement. The analysts are available to troubleshoot any problems users are experiencing with the system.
